Innovative Nano Guard for Stone – Gallon For use on Concrete, Terrazzo, Travertine and Limestone Nano Guard is formulated to provide the ultimate protection by using both dual action technology and hybrid polymers. Nano guard is environmentally friendly, voc compliant and provides increased stain suspension and resistance against most contaminants found in kitchens, retail food stores, restaurants, malls, garages, warehouses, distribution centers, etc. While originally formulated to be used in conjunction with hardened concrete floor systems, Nano Guard may also be used anywhere a clear, high gloss, dual action concrete protection system is desired. Nano Guard is designed for use on previously sealed surfaces, as well as surfaces that have been previously stained or dyed and sealed. Use for Concrete Terrazzo Travertine Limestone Interior/Exterior Direction A small test patch application is always recommended. The test patch must be done using the same applicator, equipment, surface preparation. Application technique and at the same temperatures, relative humidity. Airflow conditions, etc., that will exist at the time of the full-scale application. The surface must be thoroughly clean, dry and free of anything that will prevent Nano Guard from bonding properly with the concrete. Polished Concrete: This product may be applied over concrete that has previously treated with densifier / hardener. Best result are obtained if the surface is burnished two hours after application. Nano Guard can be diluted1:1 with water. Existing Concrete: Nano Guard should be use full strength on existing concrete (no dilution necessary). Concrete must be minimum of seven days old before applying. Note: Keep surface dry for a minimum of 48 hours after application full stain clocking ability will not be effective until 72 hours after final application. Clean up: If Nano Guard is till wet, equipment can be cleaned with soap and water. Once dried the material remove with solvent such as xylene or toluene. Maintenance Use normal dust mopping or sweeping between occasional detergent and water cleanup. CAUTION This product is intended for Industrial and institutional use. Although this is a mild chemical agent, It can cause irritation to eyes and skin. Avoid contact by wearing protective devices such as safety glasses and rubber gloves. If contact to eyes or skin, flush with water for 10-15 minutes. If irritation persists, seek medical attention.
